Knowing Janet personally, I was aware of her extensive background and very impressive skills in art and design. I believe that this gives her a definite edge when it comes to designing, and this quality is evident in her work.

Originally when we started the process, Janet came up with a look based on what I had asked for. I really liked it, but she still created more designs for me, because she knew it wasn't quite right yet. She ended up doing extra work to come up with what I now have and absolutely love. I think that impressed me the most. She wants to get it right. She takes the job very seriously, is passionate about what she does, and wants her clients to be satisfied customers, making her a joy to work with.
